Service Description

The Headache Buster is a 30 minute treatment that begins with you laying on your front while the top of the shoulders are worked to release off the muscles that lead up to the neck. Stress and tension has a nasty habit of travelling up the neck muscles and irritating the main muscle at the back of your skull leading at times to extremely painful headache or migraine. Sanity will then focus the attention to the back of the skull and massaging the head with knuckling and kneading, which literally feels like your head is melting with relaxation. You will then be asked to turn over so your forehead and top of the skull can also be massaged – the skull will be knuckled and kneaded encouraging blood flow that brings that all important nourishment to the scalp which with the benefit of a tailored Aromatherapy blend (based on your consultation) should leave you feeling released and ready for a good nights sleep. All neck massage within the Headache Buster will be achieved using Warm Basalt triggers stones which are perfectly shaped to be run along your neck warming the muscles and releasing the tension.
